US Signal is now offering Managed Router Service with Dedicated Internet Access and MPLS VPN services. Managed Router Service includes installation, configuration and maintenance of a router at the customer site. Managed Router service offers proactive fault resolution with four business hour replacement or repair of faulty equipment, as well as Service Level Agreements to support any application.
Managed Router Service includes the following features:
- The choice of either Cisco or Adtran routers.
- Management at the DS-1 and DS-3 level.
- 10/100 Fast Ethernet hand-offs to customer equipment.
- A US Signal installed, configured, monitored and maintained router placed at the customer premise. A US signal managed router is completely provisioned and supported by our state of the art Network Operations Center (NOC).
- US Signal Managed Router Service enables your staff to focus on your core business and eliminates the hassle of daily monitoring or router maintenance. US Signal’s expertise and experience allows you to reduce your up front costs. Quality of Service (QoS) may be added to help the efficiency of your IP applications.
- Managed Router Service is an option with US Signal’s Dedicated Internet Access or MPLS VPN. A US Signal technician will install, configure and test your router. US Signal’s NOC will proactively monitor your router 24/7.
