Technical Standards of Performance

US Signal shall notify the Customer within thirty (30) minutes of detecting the loss of connectivity lasting longer than six (6) minutes. In the event that US Signal fails to meet this notification timeline, then Customer qualifies for a response credit equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the monthly recurring fee associated with the Managed Router Service. Such credit cannot exceed one month’s service fee for any individual site in any individual month.
