Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) Services allow customers to connect to the US Signal network over a variety of optical mediums from OC-3 to OC-192. SONET has become the leading Layer 1 data transport method due to the ease of multiplexing, as well as, its inherent protection characteristics. SONET services are provided throughout the Midwest where ever US Signal
products are available.
